Justin F. Clemons

Justin brings years of experience as a firefighter/paramedic, thriving on building strong, empowered communities. As a father and Marine, he has always served others while passionately leading a fulfilling life. Justin excels at bringing people together and managing teams.

A natural leader, he is dedicated to creating long-term relationships. Justin comes to multi-family investment after years of experience in construction and managing single-family properties. He looks forward to the opportunity to think and build bigger in the multi-family housing sector, excited to apply his skills in a new arena and contribute to developing thriving communities.

Our Advisory Board

Bryan Twitchell

Bryan brings over 16 years of experience in business and real estate, specializing in residential, commercial, and multi-family properties. He has been a strategist for various companies, conducting trainings in all 50 states and several countries, including Australia, Canada, the UK, New Zealand, and across Asia. His primary focus is on overseeing capital raising and investor relations.

From 2014-2016, Bryan was part of an investment group handling 30-60 deals per month. He is dedicated to building long-term relationships and offering unique investment opportunities to ensure financial security for investors with the utmost professionalism.

Skyler Tolman

Skyler brings over 15 years of real estate experience to the table. He is committed to the highest level of professional and personal excellence to meet and exceed goals and expectations. Overseeing acquisitions and broker relations are his main areas of focus.

In addition to real estate he owns and operates multiple companies in both the medical sector and business consulting and training. He also spends time traveling across the United States teaching and training new multi-family real estate investors on how to find and underwrite deals and has worked with and helped international investors get started investing in the United States real estate market.
